Return & exchanges
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
If the item is not returned in its original condition (unused, unwashed and undamaged with original packaging and tags) the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
For exchange, the production timeframe would be same as original time required. Only 1 exchange is permitted.
Customer will bear the shipping charges associated with return/exchange.
Cancellation policy
All orders/ products which are personalized/customized cannot be cancelled.
For other non-personalized/ customized orders, please mail support@lovethisstuff.com within 24hrs of placing the order with your order ID. The cancellation will only be processed provided the production
or dispatch has not been initiated by the designer and is at the sole discretion of the designer. Our support team will confirm the same. If cancellation is confirmed, your money will be refunded in 6 to 7 working days.
Quality and delivery assurance:
Customer can choose to get a full refund or replacement in follow cases:
If the product is not as per image/description provided on the website
If the product is defective, damaged or the wrong product is delivered
